a. Before Project Initiation

You may cancel your service request before the project or service has commenced. In such cases:

You are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any payment gateway fees (if applicable).

b. After Project Has Started

Once work has started:

Partial refunds may be offered depending on the amount of work completed.
If more than 50% of the project is completed, no refund will be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without attempting resolution with us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with supporting documentation and may suspend further services.
